What a great opportunity to meet our vendors in person. Albums Incorporated, Leather Craftsmen, Cypress Albums, and many more were there showcasing new album designs and materials. Of course all the hardware people were there as well namely Canon, Quantum, Photoflex etc. We made some great discoveries and are anxious to get samples made for the office.

Dance, Dance, Dance the night away.

Kelli and Chris, what a fabulous wedding and a fabulous Band. Austin really does have the best live entertainment! I could have counted about 125 or more people on the dance floor all night long. I have to compliment Leslie Esparza of Austin Wedding and Events on her wedding plan. So many times Winfield and I have attended weddings where the Bride and Groom are introduced and are left standing in the middle of the room with nothing to do expect be smiled back at by their guest and then awkwardly walk to their table or off the dance floor. This time the couple went straight into their first dance and opened the dance floor to their guest. It really gives the guest a chance to make the most of the great entertainment.

The Most Expensive Car I Ever Bought

Frank (father of the Bride) was accompanied by his daughter when he went to the BMW Center to look at a Mini Cooper for himself. Alex (the salesman) was young and handsome and......available. Well it must have been love at first sight. I'm sure your wondering if I'm refering to the car or the daughter. In this case it was both. Frank bought the car and Alex fell in love with his daughter. Later at the wedding (and after all the vendors had been paid) he said, "it was the most expensive car I ever bought."

By the way, Frank has a great Town Home in Frisco Colorado (6-9 miles from Breckenridge Mountain, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Silverthorne. We traded his daughters photography for 8 days at his vacation rental over the Christmas holidays! Thank you Frank! It was the most memorable Christmas Ever. And Great skiing too.

Celebrating your history

When Jennifer and Josh began making their wedding plans it became apparent that Jennifer had a strong desire to honor her past by having the Ceremony at Mission San Jose. Being a direct descendent of the founding father of Mission San Jose it was as clear as a bell.
More and more couples are including sentimental aspects into the Wedding day than ever before which makes a definitive mark in history.

Is there a Doctor in the house?

Congratulations to Dr. Esther Cruz who was married to Carlos on October 29th, 2005. Mira Kirkland of Your Perfect Day set a new standard for the Company. The wedding day was executed flawlessly and the Westin Riverwalk exceeded all expectations in both service and culinary presentation. The highlight of the evening were the Musicians! Mariachi's to be exact. Now, Winfield has this thing about Mariachis, 1/2 hour is good, anything longer than that is lethal. But not at this wedding. You didn't want them to stop. It was literally entertainment. The word is Esther saw them on a late night with Conan, Jay Leno or Kimmel. I'm not sure which one. You'll have to get with Mira about that.

In any case, thank you Esther and Carlos for allowing us to participate in this most remembered day. We truly are blessed to have such wonderful clients. Both you and your families made us feel as if we were long time friends.
